Refund policy

*We have a 30-day Return/ Exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

  

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

• For items purchased, refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a refund or exchange:
  1. Please fill out the refund/exchange form.
  2. Include item(s) to be refunded or exchanged.
     • Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  3. Be sure to include the item’s order number. 
  4. A copy of receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Reason for return or exchange.
• Refunds or exchanges that are shipped without the refund/exchange form, copy of receipt or proof of purchase will not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed once we receive your item.
• We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your item(s) for refund or exchange, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or denied. 
• If approved for a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
• If approved for an exchange, the item(s) must be of the same value or less. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for exchanged item(s).
• If your refund/exchange request are denied, your items will be returned to provided address with the explanation of denial.
• The following items: Clearance items, Final Sale Items, Special-Order items, Custom products are not eligible for refund/exchange. 
• We reserve the right to refuse any refund/exchange at management’s discretion, if the item(s) that are to be refunded/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within the policy.
